About
I trained at the Scottish School of Contemporary Dance with a focus on choreography and dance for camera. Previous to this I studied costume making at the Bristol Old Vic Theatre School I then worked within theatre & tv. Film and costume have always been an integral aspect to my practice and creative process.
As the director of South West Dance Hub and Swift Dance Company, I am dedicated to fostering cross-arts collaboration and co-creation, striving to develop a vibrant dance community in the South West. My ongoing commitment to dance reflects my belief in its power to unite various art forms and inspire creativity across disciplines.
I also practice as a bodyworker following my passion for learning anatomy. With over 15 years experience, as a practitioner and teacher of massage/bodywork and anatomy, I am passionate about helping people discover freedom within their own movement.
